New products

Steinheim, August 2024 - FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH is launching a new dimension of compactness and performance in the shape of the new 12-volt cordless rotary hammer drill FHE 1-16 12-EC. With an impressive impact force of 1.5 joules combined with an outstanding drilling speed, this lightweight tool represents an innovative breakthrough in the cordless rotary hammer drill segment for the construction industry, electricians and painters as well as for plumbers and heating engineers.

Fastest and most powerful rotary hammer drill on the 12-volt market

The FLEX FHE 1-16 12-EC impresses as currently the fastest rotary hammer drill in its class. With an outstanding impact energy of 1.5 joules, it currently offers the best joule/weight ratio compared with competing models. This makes it the ideal problem-solver for demanding drilling jobs in hard materials such as concrete and masonry, for example in drywall or metal construction, as well as in the installation sector.

Innovative functions for maximum efficiency

Besides impressing with its performance, the new FLEX rotary hammer drill also scores points with numerous innovative functions that make everyday work easier:

  • Removable and adjustable depth stop: The flexible depth stop, which can be easily adjusted to the respective drilling depth, ensures precise and repeatable drilling.

  • SDS-Plus system: The tried-and-tested SDS-Plus attachment enables drill bits and accessories to be changed quickly and easily, saving time and increasing efficiency.

  • Selection button for drilling functions: The user can conveniently choose between the hammer drilling and drilling functions to optimally adapt the tool to the job in question. A chisel function is not required for this compact model, which contributes to weight reduction and manoeuvrability.

  • LED work light with pre-lighting and afterglow function: The integrated LED lamp provides a clear view of the work area, even in difficult visibility conditions. The afterglow function guarantees that the work area remains illuminated even after the tool has been switched off.

Ergonomical and fatigue-free working

The FLEX FHE 1-16 12-EC has an anti-vibration cushion that effectively reduces vibrations, thereby significantly increasing comfort when working. The comfortable ergonomics of the handle with its soft grip ensure that the tool can be used for long periods without fatigue setting in. In addition, simple operation of clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation using the thumb enables intuitive handling. The FHE 1-16 12-EC also has a detachable belt clip so that the tool can be conveniently kept on the belt when not in use - ideal for jobs where mobility is required.

Perfect for professional use

With its combination of power, compactness and a competitive price, the FLEX FHE 1-16 12-EC is aimed at professionals from various trades. Whether in the building trade, electrical installations or drywall construction, this rotary hammer drill delivers the power and versatility required for any challenge.

The FHE 1-16 12-EC will be available in stores from September for the tool on its own in a box, or alternatively on its own in a L-Boxx®.
