Accurate, effective and economical: The new 18 V cordless cartridge press from FLEX
The new CG 310 18 cordless cartridge press makes work easier and more precise in many areas: in renovations and new-builds, for tilers and floor layers, those working in bathroom and sanitary areas, painters, or when replacing windscreens in the automotive sector. The device impresses with a strong pressure force of 3,000 newtons and a fast feed rate of 0-0.5 to 14 mm/s, which can be individually preselected as required. An integrated no-drip function reliably prevents unwanted dripping of the material. In addition, the cordless cartridge press enables quick and easy cartridge changes and 360° positioning for maximum flexibility of use.
Strong pressure force and precise dosing
The powerful and robust motor of the FLEX CG 310 18 provides a strong thrust of up to 3,000 newtons and enables both slow and fast feed speeds. The integrated software automatically adjusts the speed to the respective material viscosity and supports a constant working speed. The enormous power reserves are ideal for efficient and precise work, especially with hard materials such as construction adhesives or window adhesives.
Fast feed with six speed preselections
A sensitive two-finger trigger allows convenient, precise adjustment of the feed speed. The feed rate can be flexibly adjusted from
0.5 mm/s – for delicate, small joints – to 14 mm/s – for fast work and wide joints – using a 6-speed dial. Level 1 in particular is ideal for fine applications with materials such as acrylic or silicone.
This flexible range allows users to process cartridges, tubular bags as well as directly from the bucket – perfect for all trades and a wide range of materials from very soft to very hard sealants and adhesives. The CG 310 18 can therefore be used universally and professionally for a wide range of applications.
Trigger lock for transport
The trigger can be easily locked and unlocked for transport. The ergonomically positioned locking mechanism is located directly above the trigger and can be conveniently operated without having to change the hand position.
Clean no-drip function for precise work
As soon as the trigger is released, the motor automatically runs backwards briefly. This immediately reduces the pressure force and reliably prevents unwanted dripping of the material. The result: clean joints and precise work progress with no material loss.
Bayonet connection for quick and easy holder replacement
The cartridge press is equipped with a practical bayonet connection that enables the holder to be changed quickly – without the need for lengthy screwing in. Changing it is quick and easy, even if there is adhesive residue on the connection.
360° positioning for maximum flexibility
The holder or tube can be freely rotated through 360°, which allows for particularly flexible and convenient working. For example, a bevelled nozzle can be guided exactly in the desired position along an edge. Handling remains effortless and precise – for perfect results in every work situation.
Bright and powerful LED light
An integrated, powerful LED light ensures optimum illumination of the work area – even in poor lighting conditions or in dark environments.
Large and sturdy hook for easy storage
A generously sized, robust hook allows the cartridge gun to be stored safely and within easy reach, close to the work area. This means that the device is always within reach, even in demanding situations.
