Steinheim, October 2023 – Whether it’s for fast cutting work, light grinding work, drilling holes in tiles or cutting notches: For these and similar jobs, the manufacturer FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge will be launching the hightorque "Light Duty" cordless angle grinder L 125 18.0-EC LD in March. This compact and lightweight tool can complete many tasks in a variety of trades both quickly and reliably.
Thanks to its compact design with a length of just 300 mm, a weight of just 1.6 kg without the battery and the streamlined, handy handle with its soft grip insert, the new L 125 18.0-EC LD can be used quickly and safely at all times. Its range of applications extends from cutting profiles and solid materials to length, bending screws and nails, cutting threaded rods and cable ducts to length and deburring metal parts. The new cordless angle grinder is also ideal for light grinding work, for example in car body construction, or for removing rust from metal surfaces. This handy tool can also be used as a quick helper when cutting tiles and notches or for tile drilling.
Efficient brushless EC motor
The cordless angle grinder L 125 18.0-EC LD is part of the extensive FLEX 18V cordless system based on Therma-Tech-Technology®. Unlike almost any other angle grinder in this class on the market, this new innovation has an 18 V brushless EC motor for high efficiency and a long service life. Additional features such as a tool-free adjustable safety guard, spindle stop for quick tool changes and dust protection make the unit safe and convenient to use in any work situation. An additional side handle ensures smooth working.
The cordless angle grinder L 125 18.0-EC LD will be available from March boxed including accessories. From April, FLEX will also be launching a set version in a plastic case including charger, 2x 5.0 Ah batteries and accessories.
