FLEX cordless one-handed reciprocating saw: quick, safe and comfortable

Steinheim, March 2023 – Quick sawing progress with reduced vibrations: These are the hallmarks of the new 18V cordless one-handed reciprocating saw RS 25 18.0-EC with brushless motor, developed by FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH. The new cordless reciprocating saw is designed to work safely in wood and metal, including steel and aluminium, and achieves significantly faster cuts than comparable tools in its class.
The 25.4 mm stroke of the new cordless one-handed reciprocating saw and a stroke speed of 3000/min support fast sawing progress. A counterweight in the tool base reduces vibrations and thus ensures effortlessly controllable guidance. The dual and ultra-bright LED light provides a perfectly illuminated working area for comfortable working even in dark working conditions: One LED illuminates the lower working field, the other LED does the same for the upper working field. In addition, the flexible saw support allows perfect adjustment to the angle of the workpiece. The brushless motor realises more power with a longer runtime compared with other cordless tools.
Rapid application - more safety at work
Thanks to toolless saw blade changing and automatic saw blade engagement, the new RS 25 18.0-EC supports fast working even in different materials. For sawing from bottom to top, the saw blade can be clamped offset by 180°. Another advantage: Thanks to integrated saw blade ejection, users do not have to touch hot saw blades and so benefit from greater work safety. Soft starting allows the cordless tool to be perfectly applied to any workpiece. The cordless one-handed reciprocating saw RS 25 18.0-EC will be available from dealers from April onwards.
