Compact and lightweight cordless rotary hammer drill from FLEX for quick and small assembly jobs

Steinheim, October 2023 – The manufacturer FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH is expanding its cordless rotary hammer drill range with the new cordless rotary hammer drill FHE 1-16 18.0-EC. This means that FLEX currently offers the most powerful and the lightest 18V rotary hammer drill in its class. The super-compact machine is an ideal solution for small assembly jobs on the construction site and is suitable for all trades.
The FLEX FHE 1-16 18.0-EC is the ideal cordless rotary hammer drill for small assembly jobs and is easy to carry anywhere on the construction site thanks to its low weight of just 1.8 kg including the battery. With an optimum combination of impact rate, impact energy, power and weight, this innovation is perfectly designed for the daily routine on the construction site - for example drilling 5 to 10 mm holes in concrete or masonry. The FHE 1-16 18.0-EC is part of the extensive FLEX 18V battery system, which incorporates Therma-Tech-Technology® and a battery status indicator.
A clever design
The powerful motor and impact mechanism deliver impressive drilling speeds in a wide range of materials. The ergonomic and vibration-cushioned handle supports controlled use, while the integrated LED lamp illuminates the work area. The SDS-Plus drill bits and accessories can be quickly secured in the SDS-Plus drill chuck. The user can easily switch to hammer drilling or drilling using the selection button. The clockwise/anticlockwise rotation selector, which can be easily reached with the thumb, is helpful when changing applications. Like all tools in the extensive FLEX cordless range, the new FHE 1-16 18.0-EC has a brushless 18V EC motor for long battery life and low maintenance.
The FHE 1-16 18.0-EC is available either as a single unit in a box or in a tool case with two 18V rechargeable batteries (2.5 Ah) and a CA 18.0 charger.
