The new cordless pipe presses PP 110 18-EC and PP 40 12 are modern solutions by FLEX for fitters, plumbers, heating engineers and many other trade professionals. Wide range of applications for professionals
FLEX cordless pipe presses are versatile and equally suitable for plastic, copper and stainless steel pipes. They cover
the most diverse applications because they are just are suitable for drainage, drinking water and hot water networks as they are for heating pipeline and heat pump systems, gas and solar pipeline networks.
Thanks to their universal compatibility, the press fittings can be used with all standard press jaws and for all standard press contours (e.g. M, C, Th, U, F, ACz, G and MP contours).
Two models for different requirements
The PP 110 18-EC is suitable for pipes with a diameter of up to 110 mm. This version has a powerful 18-volt system with an EC motor and 32 kN pressing force (3.2 tonnes). With an LED display, a rubberised handle and compatible with FLEX 18-volt batteries (2.5 Ah/5.0 Ah/8.0 Ah), it offers maximum performance and optimum comfort.
The compact alternative PP 40 12 is for smaller pipe diameters of up to 40 mm. Fitted with a rotating clamping neck for better accessibility and a pressing force of 19 kN (1.9 tonnes), this model is based on the 12-volt system and is also compatible with FLEX batteries.
FLEX PressControl app and modern professional battery system
For maximum efficiency and precision, the cordless pipe presses are fitted with a powerful professional battery system that can be controlled via the FLEX PressControl app. As well as real-time monitoring of the pressing process, the app also facilitates full and detailed documentation. The app can be used to automatically create reports and logbooks to track work processes for documentation purposes on site.
Safe and easy working – even under difficult conditions
The new FLEX cordless pipe presses have a sophisticated safety concept that ensures reliability even in challenging working environments.
· Redundant force cut-off: Electric retaining bolt safety, press point lighting and manual release ensure safe and precise application and prevent incorrect pressing.
· LED monitoring: A clear view of the pressing point - even in confined spaces. If an incorrect pressing ever does occur, the process is automatically terminated immediately.
· Battery capacity control: The automatic capacity control of the batteries before the start of the pressing process ensures exact and complete pressing. This check ensures that the pressing jaws are positioned correctly, preventing damage to the pressing jaws resulting from misuse.
