Efficient, clean, economical: The new pre-separator with cyclone technology
With the new VCE-PS 25 Cyclone pre-separator, FLEX offers a sophisticated solution for dust separation that makes work easier in many different trades. Drywall builders, joiners or carpenters, parquet, tile or floor layers as well as painters and interior decorators all benefit from this practical addition. The system shows its strengths particularly in the renovation and refurbishment sector as well as in the wood sector.
The FLEX VCE-PS 25 Cyclone pre-separator impresses with its simple handling and efficient dust disposal. Thanks to the cyclone technology, coarse and fine dust is reliably separated, which protects the main filters of the connected safety vacuum cleaners and significantly extends their service life. This not only saves time and money when changing the filter bag but also avoids the risk of accidentally spreading dust when emptying the vacuum cleaner. Instead, the pre-separator box can simply be carried outside as necessary, emptied and then thoroughly cleaned – even with a high-pressure cleaner. This is not only cleaner, but also much more practical and time-saving – especially in applications such as bathroom refurbishment, where frequent emptying is necessary.
Lightweight with plenty of capacity
With a capacity of 25 litres, a weight of just 4.1 kg and two convenient carrying handles, the VCE-PS 25 Cyclone is easy to transport and flexible to use. The horizontal construction of the cyclone ensures a compact, stable design and enables particularly flexible handling – even on cramped construction sites. A 1-metre-long connecting hose provides additional support for versatile use.
Convenient to use for effectiveness and cost savings
The antistatic equipment ensures safe dissipation of electrical charges in the suction hose and improves working comfort. Thanks to the transparent container, the user can see the fill level at all times, which prevents unnecessary interruptions to work. The high separation efficiency is particularly effective: When working with mineral or gypsum dust, 95 % of the total dust is retained in the pre-separator – only 5 % ends up in the vacuum cleaner. With fine sawdust, the separation efficiency is as high as 99 %. This means that large quantities of filter bags can be saved in the coarse dirt area and during renovation work – an advantage that is clearly noticeable both in terms of time and money.
Easy handling – can be used both wet and dry
Dust can be disposed of without tools, as the cyclone attachment can be quickly separated from the container. The clip holder ensures secure locking on the FLEX VCE 33 and VCE 44 in combination with the VCE adapter plate.
Thanks to the standardised D50 connection, the VCE-PS 25 Cyclone pre-separator is compatible with all FLEX safety vacuum cleaners. Another plus point: The volume flow remains almost constant, so that even M-Class vacuum cleaners with air flow monitoring can be operated in conjunction with the pre-separator without any problems. The FLEX pre-separator is also robust and reliable in wet applications – water or damp dirt are no problem. As the motor head of the vacuum cleaner is installed close to the floor in many applications, the use of the pre-separator also prevents dust from settling there and causing contamination.
